Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Quality Technology Services, LLC. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will play a vital role in transforming our Procurement department and value proposition to support our rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a strategic approach to cultivating supplier relationships to maximize value
  • Ensure new and existing suppliers maintain QTS compliance requirements, documentation, and information via QTS tools
  • Manage supplier data processes, including planning, risk identification, and risk assessment
  • Provide support to suppliers for supplier-facing applications, including Workday, Oracle Supplier Portal, and ISN
  • Partner with QTS employees to provide training, analytics, and clarity into the supplier lifecycle
  • Seek out and maintain cooperative, productive cross-functional partnerships throughout the global enterprise
  • Monitor and ensure necessary compliance documentation is kept up to date for suppliers
  • Participate in supplier development/diversity programs and efforts
  • Identify, enhance, and implement continuous improvements to supplier-related processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, or Finance
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply-Chain, Account Management, or other roles demonstrating relationship building and maintenance
  • Critical thinking, reasoning skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Inquisitive in nature
  • Ability to apply change management and consulting skills/knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems
