The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex procurement requests and develop creative solutions. They will also have a strong understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze procurement requests and develop effective solutions
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Manage supplier relationships and contract performance
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility requirements, FCPA, GDPR, and other regulations
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure economy, quality, and continuity of supply

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
