Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Quality Technology Services, LLC. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting to transform the Procurement department and value proposition of Procurement through strategic planning, process improvement, and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to transform the Procurement department and improve supplier relationships
  • Manage and improve procurement processes, including planning, risk identification, and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on procurement processes and tools
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to procurement-related processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, or Finance
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply-Chain, Account Management, or other roles demonstrating relationship building and maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to apply change management and consulting skills/knowledge and expertise
