Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Fast Track. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with their visit.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, inventory, and other financial aspects of the restaurant, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, working closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and its products.

Working Conditions

Education and Experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or specialized training preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or retail management role, with a focus on customer service, team leadership, and operations management.
