We are expanding our global presence, with teams located in various regions, and are actively seeking a Systems Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced system architectures that align with our business and technical objectives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Craft and execute robust, scalable, and secure system architectures utilizing microservices, integrations, plugins, and cloud technologies.
  • Microservices Management: Develop and oversee microservices architectures to ensure modularity, scalability, and optimal resource utilization.
  • Integration Solutions: Manage integration and plugin solutions to guarantee compatibility and peak performance across diverse platforms and services.
  • Cloud Architecture: Design cloud solutions that function seamlessly across various cloud environments, leveraging the strengths of each.
  • Server-Client and Cloud Framework: Design and supervise the implementation of server-client and cloud application architectures that ensure high performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.
  • Platforms and Virtualization: Utilize a variety of platforms and manage virtualization and containerization technologies to boost system efficiency and scalability.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize and manage expenses related to system architecture and cloud solutions.
  • Development Leadership: Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate architectural choices and showcase potential solutions.
  • Complex Systems Oversight: Leverage experience with complex systems, similar to large-scale platforms, to manage high traffic, data processing, and real-time interactions.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and direction, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing architecture and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating collaboration with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in systems architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex systems.
  • Skills:
  • Results-oriented, capable of working cross-functionally to position and orchestrate solutions comprising multiple products or large components.
  • Deep understanding of server-client and cloud application architectures.
  • Strong expertise in designing cloud solutions and managing costs associated with system architecture.
  • Experience in building, architecting, designing, documenting, and implementing distributed global cloud-based systems.
  • Familiarity with structured Enterprise Architecture practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing microservices, integrations, plugins, network infrastructure, and security.
  • Experience with various platforms and virtualization/containerization technologies.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong change management capabilities.
  • Experience with object-oriented languages (e.g., C/C++, Go), scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), OpenAPI, AWS, Docker, SQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in software architecture, project management (PMP), specific technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect), or methodologies (Certified ScrumMaster) can enhance a candidate's profile.
