Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Management: Optimize and oversee costs related to system architecture and cloud solutions.
- Development Leadership: Generate Proof of Concepts (POCs) that validate architectural choices and showcase potential solutions.
- Complex Systems Management: Utilize experience with intricate systems, similar to large-scale platforms, to manage high traffic, data processing, and real-time interactions.
- Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and direction, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends, consistently enhancing the architecture and proposing innovative solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at addressing complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years in systems architecture or a proven history of designing and implementing complex systems.
- Skills:
- Results-oriented, collaborates cross-functionally to orchestrate solutions involving multiple products or large components.
- Deep understanding of server-client and cloud application architectures.
- Strong expertise in designing cloud solutions and managing costs associated with system architecture.
- Experience in building, architecting, designing, documenting, and implementing distributed global cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with structured Enterprise Architecture practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in developing and managing microservices, integrations, plugins, network infrastructure, and security.
- Proficient with various platforms/OSs and virtualization/containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and capacity to drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong change management skills.
- Experience with object-oriented languages (e.g., C/C++, Go), scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), OpenAPI, AWS, Docker, SQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Certifications (optional but beneficial):
- Certifications related to software architecture, project management (PMP), specific technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect), or methodologies (Certified ScrumMaster) can enhance a candidate's profile.
