As a Client Relationship Manager, you will become a vital part of Trane's premier Commercial HVAC team. This role presents an exciting chance to influence building efficiency and sustainability through our service offerings.

Your responsibilities:

  • Adopt a consultative and strategic mindset to pursue new business opportunities and enhance existing client relationships.
  • Identify and target potential opportunities effectively. Facilitate discovery and qualify prospects early in the sales process.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations that lead to actionable next steps.
  • Lead discussions with clients using business insights to demonstrate value and generate demand.
  • Actively listen to discern client concerns.
  • Serve as a facilitator to assist clients in their purchasing decisions, including developing project business cases, financial analyses, and validating business outcomes. Conduct preliminary assessments, facility walkthroughs, and reviews of construction plans as necessary.
  • Sell, renew, and expand service agreements for both new and existing clients.

Your qualifications:

  • A strong desire to understand our business and a passion for connecting current and prospective clients with service solutions that foster efficient and sustainable buildings.
  • A minimum of 3 years of solution sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated capability to generate and qualify leads, facilitate client discussions with business insights, close new business, and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen and a self-starter mentality.
  • A bachelor's degree or 4–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 12 months.

This position is designated as Safety Sensitive.

Compensation:

Target compensation ranges from $63,500 to $147,000, combining a fixed base salary with uncapped sales commissions.
