Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Provide hands-on leadership for daily operations, focusing on guest satisfaction across all service areas including dining, bar, and events.
  • Staff Management: Oversee front-of-house personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Guest Engagement: Foster relationships with guests through proactive communication about upcoming events and programming, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, addressing any guest complaints promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Adhere to cash handling protocols, manage POS operations, and conduct financial reconciliations at the end of shifts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, IT, and Human Resources to support staffing and venue initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure appropriate inventory levels for culinary and beverage needs, aligning with business forecasts.
  • Cost Monitoring: Track operational expenses and budgets, generating reports to inform decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to short- and long-term revenue growth strategies and cost control measures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards and corporate policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hospitality management, ideally within a high-volume environment.

Skills: Strong communication abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Certifications: Required certifications include State Alcohol Education Card, Certified Food Safety Manager, and CPR certification.
