Key Responsibilities
  • Project Analysis: Support the analysis of highly complex projects and moderate to highly complex programs, identifying business and technology solutions to streamline processes.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and define strategies, system scope, and objectives for infrastructure modernization projects through research and fact-finding activities combined with an expert understanding of technical analysis and requirements management practices and principles.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and apply strategic thinking, process improvement, and re-engineering methodologies and principles to process improvement programs and projects.
  • Requirements Management: Elicit and manage business and systems level requirements for projects, ensuring that recommended/delivered solutions meet business needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Assess industry standard tools and make recommendations to medium to complex technical projects related to infrastructure modernization.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct knowledge transfer of strategic plans, scope, requirements, and other analyses to program and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Apply portfolio management concepts, including business-IT alignment, prioritization, market research, business cases development, and project costing techniques for moderate to highly complex projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive work experience as a system analyst.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge and experience with applying Agile Methodologies concepts and practices, solid understanding of on-Prem and off-Prem (Cloud) based environments.
  • Preferred Skills: Master's Degree, excellent written and verbal communication and personal skills, demonstrated ability to elicit requirements, document user stories, develop business process models, and perform feasibility and cost benefit analyses.
