Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst Senior to join our team at Serigor Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and system design. This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and expertise in analyzing complex business problems and developing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system requirements specifications, including use cases and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system and business requirements.
  • Design and develop visual tools, analytical tables, and presentations to communicate complex information.
  • Provide consultation on complex projects and serve as a top-level contributor/specialist in systems analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 11-15 years of experience in requirements identification, use case and scenario capture, and development of visual tools, analytical tables, and presentations.
  • Proven experience in Agile and SCRUM SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, time management ability, detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with modeling tools such as Visio and requirements management tools such as Contour or Jira.
  • Ability to work well in a team collaborating with developers, customers, project manager, and quality test analysts.
