Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers over the phone and through click-to-chat, focusing on billing inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide written communication for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
  • Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
  • Utilize various computer applications to efficiently manage tasks
  • Participate in department initiatives and goals, driving customer satisfaction and quality metrics
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer call center environment
  • Proven ability to work in a metric-driven environment, with a focus on attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
