The Lumos Network Operating Company is seeking a dedicated Order Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales orders prior to the post-sales engagement process. This role involves creating and managing order workflows as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of sales orders to confirm that all data is precise and complete.
- Facilitate order modifications resulting from pre-installation changes, post-installation disputes, and rate adjustments.
- Develop internal project workflows for various order types and network changes.
- Provide guidance to internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project Management, on pre/post-sales processes.
- Collaborate with customers to promptly resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
- Assist in updating orders, which may involve re-rating or re-terming existing orders.
- Manage and maintain system data to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
- Prepare management reports as necessary and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Commitment to supporting customer needs with a strong work ethic.
