Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in a related field (additional experience may be substituted for degree).
  • Proven track record of leading successful large-scale staffing programs and experience working with DoD customers and missions.
  • Strong presentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Fully adjudicated TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Desired Qualifications
  • Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification, or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
