Position Summary: The Customer Care Associate is tasked with providing exceptional support to all clients regarding order placements and inquiries related to the organization. This role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships as their distributor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with order placements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Input customer orders and credits accurately and promptly.
  • Manage order and invoicing details with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including daily checks of faxes and mail, as well as preparing sample requests and special orders when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions and customer service meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 6-12 months in customer service, call center, or related fields.

Preferred:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, call center, or related fields within the foodservice industry.

Additional Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is advantageous.
