About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for strategically planning, directing, and coordinating the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, train, and develop top-level sales talent to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and implement sales plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales representatives and customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve sales processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • MBA or MA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales or sales management experience.
