Customer Service Administrator

Hamlin Knight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process purchase and sales orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and driving customer loyalty.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases and ERP System data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, invoicing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP: Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not required.
