Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and sustain proactive communication with clients and insurance underwriters.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to insurance and policy modifications.
  • Formulate marketing strategies for assigned renewal accounts; collect and organize necessary information for account marketing.
  • Assist and collaborate with producers, as needed, to develop and retain client accounts.
  • Conduct regular coverage and risk assessments to verify the adequacy of client program designs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage lines for existing clients.
  • Achieve agency, departmental, and account service objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all client data within the AMS system.
  • Familiarize oneself with and adhere to agency E&O guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Possession of an active General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
