Position Overview:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable bookkeeping, including check preparation and bank reconciliations.
  • Conduct audits for employee expense reimbursements.
  • Oversee travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Handle mortgage and property tax payments for multiple properties.
  • Organize personal receipts and cash management for the business owner.
  • Generate weekly reports to audit all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or at least 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in Sage software is preferred; strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
