We are seeking a talented Group Insurance Brokerage Specialist to join our team at Warner Pacific Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working closely with brokers to understand their needs, providing expert advice and guidance, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with brokers to understand their needs and provide expert advice and guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in group insurance sales or brokerage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare/medical sales/service, preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000-$100,000 annually, depending on work experience, education, and skill level. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
