Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Warner Pacific Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting the achievement of sales goals, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/medical sales/service. They will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, consultative skills with internal and external partners, and a solid understanding of market factors, carriers, carrier guidelines, plans, benefits, and legislation in the Texas group insurance landscape.
Responsibilities
- Meet or achieve monthly/annual sales goals
- Recommends appropriate solutions to meet customer needs and resolves questions with direction as needed.
- Cultivate current broker relationships and identify strategies to expand opportunities.
- Reviews data on sales reports to identify patterns, identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Helps identify areas of sales process improvements to achieve sales targets and initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong proven track record of supporting the achievement of sales goals.
- Minimum 1-2 years of health care/medical sales/service experience, preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate consultative skills with internal and external partners.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $71,250-$95,000 annually, depending on work experience, education, and skill level.
