Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, due diligence, and research to support the acquisition of wireless communications infrastructure and company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support M&A transactions
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor financials
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to M&A leadership
  • Assist in gathering and organizing information related to international expansion and new market business plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documentation
  • Review and abstract lease agreements and other legal documents to determine financial impact on acquisition targets
  • Analyze accounting documents, operational records, income, and expenses of wireless communications infrastructure and company assets
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cash/stock settlements for acquisitions
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate new acquisitions smoothly
  • Track performance and financial results of acquisitions to present to the Executive Team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
  • 3-5 years experience working with leases and/or contracts
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese required
  • Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred
