Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the initiation of the Post-Merger Integration process from day one, ensuring smooth integration routines.
  • Facilitate the integration process by organizing meetings, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks while conducting in-depth analyses to resolve integration challenges.
  • Demonstrate initiative by leading integration meetings and providing status updates to the M&A Director and Senior Analyst.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional corporate teams to guarantee that essential integration requirements are met effectively.
  • Ensure timely receipt of executed Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) for all transactions, allowing for a successful Day 1 post-acquisition.
  • Manage the data conversion and upload process to ensure timely data processing in support of Due Diligence and Day 1 activities.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in integration or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Preferred certifications include Six Sigma Greenbelt or PMP.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; French is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate or telecommunications sectors is advantageous.
