IT Service & Support Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our AE Service offerings, leveraging their knowledge of legacy On-prem Business Applications, and understanding how to integrate new products into existing customer applications. They will work closely with customers through our sales channels, collaborating with Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator networks, and Engineering Teams to recognize customer needs, promote solutions, and make recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and promote solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations to customers on our AE Service offerings.
  • Work with customers to develop and implement customized solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to manage sales pipelines.
