Insurance Customer Service Representative

At Insure Pacific Inc., DBA: Prineville Insurance Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our insurance company clients and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries.
  • Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data provided.
  • Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

$35,000 - $100,000 + commission, depending on experience.
