In the role of Insurance Client Relations Expert, you will demonstrate the benefits of our services to policyholders by creating insurance quotes and offering coverage recommendations.

Your responsibilities will also include providing exceptional service to existing policyholders by addressing billing inquiries, modifying policies, and suggesting appropriate coverage options.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service and exhibit strong communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately adjust consumer policies based on the information provided.
  • Remain informed about new marketing initiatives to effectively respond to inquiries regarding insurance products using all available resources.
  • Handle incoming inquiries in the call center concerning insurance policies, coverage issues, customer complaints, and general questions.
  • Reach out to clients regarding concerns or complaints, provide suitable solutions, and monitor the situation to ensure resolution.
  • Document all customer inquiries and follow up to confirm that all questions related to customer policies are addressed.
  • If not already licensed in Property & Casualty, obtaining this license within the first few months of employment will be a goal.

Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems is necessary.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Compensation:

Salary range: $35,000 - $100,000 + commission based on experience.
