Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review all monthly paperwork for client files, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough checks on documents received, identifying and reporting any missing or incomplete information.
  • Assist with file audits and purging, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
  • Perform data entry and create spreadsheets to track and analyze HR metrics.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of client data, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and professional, with excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Valid driver's license and 2 years of administrative/quality assurance experience.
  • Ability to complete training/certification in CPR/First Aid and pass a criminal history and child registry background check.
