- Assist with file audits and purging, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
- Perform data entry and create spreadsheets to track and analyze HR metrics.
- Ensure the security and integrity of client data, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and professional, with excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Valid driver's license and 2 years of administrative/quality assurance experience.
- Ability to complete training/certification in CPR/First Aid and pass a criminal history and child registry background check.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00-$18.00.
