About the Role

As a Senior Manager, People Operations at Walmart, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's human resources strategy to support its business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute human resources strategies to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall work environment.
  • Leadership Development: Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Organizational Design: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, collect, and analyze data to inform organizational design and strategic workforce planning.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to mitigate risks and ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting diversity awareness, providing recognition and rewards, and ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PHR or SPHR Human Resources Professional certification, Project Management Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer

As a Senior Manager, People Operations at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the company's success. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock options.
