Position Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the complete recruitment process, focusing on hiring and sourcing technical talent. The Specialist will also engage in recruitment communications and play a key role in formulating regional recruitment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical candidates.
  • Facilitate effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to regional needs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in technical fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in a technical or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources are a plus.
