About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant for ETNA Supply.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to serve residential customers as a liaison between plumber and homeowner while meeting or exceeding company sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed expectations by providing a positive customer experience.
  • Assist walk-in showroom customers and answer phone calls.
  • Track quotes, manage bids, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Develop new business through outreach to builders, designers, architects, and other potential customers.
  • Maintain standard operating procedure within the showroom.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Company products and their applications.
  • Effective interpersonal, customer service, selling, communication, organization, administrative, negotiation, teamwork, and stress management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate engagement and excitement about products and assisting clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Availability for occasional travel and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
