Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Student Financial Services - Student Accounts, this role is pivotal in managing payment processes, ensuring the precision of student financial records, and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders in alignment with the university's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming mail and payment transactions.
  • Handle admissions documentation efficiently.
  • Process withdrawal requests to maintain accurate student financial records.
  • Record external scholarships accurately.
  • Post, scan, and archive Student ID forms for replacements.
  • Reconcile admission checks and grants.
  • Lift holds on accounts following payment completion or under special circumstances.
  • Collaborate with campus departments to resolve student account discrepancies and manage charges or reversals.
  • Assist colleagues in the One Stop center with inquiries regarding accounts and payment plans.
  • Handle tuition verification requests proficiently.
  • Process requests for reinstatement.
  • Remove diploma holds once accounts are settled.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is digitized and stored securely.
  • Update and develop procedural documentation as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Accurately input data.
    • Balance financial transactions effectively.
    • Exhibit strong mathematical skills.
    • Show proficiency in general office operations.
    • Communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
