Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer analytics, business intelligence, or data science, including leadership and management.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving data-driven strategies that result in measurable business impact.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in web analytics, predictive modeling, data infrastructure, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Leadership and Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing data infrastructure projects at scale.
  • Marketing Analytics: High-level technical expertise in marketing analytics, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
  • Programming Skills: Experience working with large analytics datasets using SQL and Python.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive or high-growth retail eCommerce industry is highly desirable.
Compensation

This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $125,000 - $155,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $140,000 to $175,000 annually.
