Responsibilities
  • Set up and clean up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Monitor assigned sections during events to ensure all patrons are served
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking food and beverage orders and presenting menus
  • Cook or prepare food according to recipe and menu requirements
  • Assist in food production and maintain kitchen and wait station areas
  • Clear and clean tables, reset counters and tables, and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
Requirements
  • Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and treat others with respect and consideration
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and follow policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures
