Overview

Dorel Industries is looking for a dedicated inside Sales Coordinator to support various business divisions in their daily operations while upholding the company's esteemed professional image and contributing to its ongoing growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all Sales Administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new product setups.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct weekly sales analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights regarding inventory levels and forecasting discrepancies.
  • Track daily and weekly inventory levels, identify root causes of stock issues, and offer recommendations to account managers.
  • Oversee service levels, communicate any issues, and relay back-in-stock dates to account managers.
  • Assist Account Managers in developing compelling sales narratives aimed at maximizing distribution, boosting existing sales, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain all item forecasts.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with Account Managers to ensure alignment and provide necessary support.
  • Organize and execute all account documentation, including New Item Creation (NIC), cost change forms, UPC maintenance, and item linking and cross-referencing.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with web marketing tools is a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to generate and manage various sales reports as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines, with effective time management skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to perform all physical aspects of job-related tasks.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for printing and processing various sales and marketing reports.
  • Conduct store price checks and maintain customer retail pricing templates.
  • Assist in account setup processes, including printing customer business reviews and preparing price quotations.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Employment Status: Full-time remote position

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM
