Clinical Manager RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to join our team at Willcare Home & Community Based Services in Middletown, NY. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000/year and an excellent benefits package.
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for coordinating high-quality, cost-effective patient care and overseeing the operations of the agency. This includes scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement processes, as well as ensuring overall compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a Certified Home Health Agency and possess current RN licensure in the state of practice. A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards.
- Complete clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and state program requirements.
