Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
    • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Clinical Services
    • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring continuity and effective communication.
  • Staffing and Scheduling
    • Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Certified Home Health Agency.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
