Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular clinical assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement processes.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, agency policies, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of RN work experience with a Certified Home Health Agency.
