We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Willcare Home & Community Based Services in Middletown, NY. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000/year and an excellent benefits package.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating high-quality, cost-effective patient care and overseeing the operations of our agency. This includes performance of and/or oversight of crucial activities such as scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement processes, as well as overall compliance.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager at Willcare, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your nursing experience and work in a collaborative environment that values caring, belonging, and trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards, in accordance with the plan of care/service plan, and in coordination with other members of the patient/client's care team from admit through discharge.
  • Complete clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements and as required by payer.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of RN work experience with a Certified Home Health Agency is required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice is mandatory.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
