Lead Clinical Nurse for Willcare Home & Community Based Services

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager at our Middletown, NY office. This is a full-time position with a great schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with occasional on-call hours). Our excellent benefits package includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, and competitive pay: $80,000/year.

About the Role

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the coordination of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This position oversees the operations and operational flow of the agency, including performance of and/or oversight of crucial activities such as scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement process, and overall compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards, in accordance with the plan of care/service plan, and in coordination with other members of the patient/client's care team from admit through discharge.
  • Completes clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements and as required by payer.
  • Trains and directs provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in state of practice.
  • Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification required.
