Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinic operations to meet quality benchmarks, manage operational expenses, and achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels during regular hours and special events.
  • Maintain the operational readiness of equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
  • Supervise front office functions, including reception, mail handling, and inventory management.
  • Address billing issues, authorize financial refunds, and rectify accounting discrepancies.
  • Monitor supply levels to guarantee that each clinic is well-stocked.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment.
  • Create monthly staff schedules, review timecards, and assist with payroll processes.
  • Perform registration and clinical tasks as necessary during high patient volumes or staff absences.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor employees, ensuring they are prepared for their roles.
  • Enforce clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Travel to various locations as required.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior training in HIPAA regulations, bloodborne pathogens, and emergency protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills for managing complex issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of one year in a supervisory or management role.
