Senior Account Executive

Orange Barrel Media is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with clients, crafting strategic advertising proposals, and closing deals that drive the growth of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
- Target industries for annual, seasonal, and short-term advertising buys
- Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to clients
- Collaborate with internal creative department and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns
- Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize win-win results
- Manage and grow current client base
- Maintain excellent external and internal relationships
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Previous experience in OOH, Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communicator with superior written and verbal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to listen and translate client needs
- Analytical thinker with ability to assess unfamiliar situations and offer creative solutions
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
The base compensation for this role is $50,000 - $125,000 per year plus commission. Orange Barrel Media is an equal-opportunity employer, offering competitive salary/incentive compensation and benefits, 401k match, and expense account.
