Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

About the Role
As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain Financial, you will play a critical role in empowering customers by providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. You will be responsible for delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.
- Present financial solutions based on customer needs that meet their goals.
- Present customers with optional insurance products.
- Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding.
- Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
- Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.
- Bilingual - Spanish.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position with a standard business hours schedule, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
