Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Channel Sales Manager. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through external sales agents and becoming a consistent revenue producer selling AireSpring's data and voice products for businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Attend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities with end-users
  • Ensure sales agents are educated and knowledgeable about AireSpring products, processes, and procedures
  • Work with sales agents to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Lead solution development efforts to address agent and customer needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom sales or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products
  • Strong sales and leadership skills
