Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at ABM of Ohio. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and glass surfaces.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as shampooing rugs and removing rubbish.
  • Notify managers of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety and security standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must meet all requirements for working in specific ATS environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
