Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with regulations set forth by the Bureau of Cannabis Control
  • Receive and verify products upon delivery, ensuring adherence to state regulations
  • Input invoices into the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Accurately label and tag incoming products
  • Track and manage all items with expiration dates on a daily basis
  • Oversee the segregation and disposal of outdated, damaged, or misbranded cannabis products
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate data entry in METRC and POS systems
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation processes and perform weekly cycle counts
  • Audit and verify METRC tags
  • Maintain comprehensive records for all invoices, manifests, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), returns, waste logs, and monthly inventory reconciliations
  • Restock low inventory items on the sales floor
  • Notify management regarding any inventory shortages
  • Coordinate staff training and vendor presentations with sales or brand representatives
  • Foster and maintain vendor relationships through various communication methods
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned
