Job Description:

About the Role
Intuit is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mountain View. As a key member of our Executive Support group, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our senior leadership team and their administrative assistants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in desktop support, with at least 2-3 years of direct senior-level executive support experience. Advanced knowledge of Exchange Mail, Active Directory, software distribution systems, and related technologies is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary support analyst for senior executive leadership and their assistants
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Work on complex and highly confidential assignments
• Collaborate with global teams on projects requiring detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven approaches

What We Offer:
$104,000 - $134,000 per year, depending on experience
