Position Overview:

This role involves acting as a liaison and facilitating communication with referral sources for Covenant Health, including individual practitioners and healthcare facilities. The objective is to utilize various resources to enhance referrals to Covenant Health, ensuring that individuals in need of hospice, home health, private duty, palliative care, memory care, or Alzheimer's care choose our services.

Qualifications:

A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated success in healthcare sales, along with a degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field, or experience in healthcare roles such as nursing or social work is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare practitioners and facilities, including nursing homes and hospitals.
- Generate referrals to Covenant Health.
- Mentor and train team members in marketing and sales strategies as needed.
- Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for home health, hospice, and healthcare services.
- Establish ongoing relationships with key personnel in referral source offices and facilities.
- Provide education to professional healthcare referral sources.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiently.
- Stay informed about laws and regulations related to marketing and sales in home health and hospice care.
- Collaborate with community relations managers and team members for market coverage.
- Track and report on referrals and market changes.
- Achieve admission goals and support the implementation of growth campaigns.
- Participate in continuing education to promote professional development.

Physical Requirements:
This position may require medium to heavy lifting and involves considerable travel in a vehicle, with some weekend and evening work as necessary.
