Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modeling.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand financial implications of business activities and support operational decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
