As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting senior management and business stakeholders in the Finance and Strategic Planning Department, Americas Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making.
  • Design and integrate financial systems to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiencies and automation.
  • Provide technical expertise in financial data analysis, planning, and forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain financial reporting and analytics tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial systems integration, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. MBA/CFA/FRM or other professional qualification highly preferred.
