Job Description

We are AccentCare Medical Group, a family of healthcare professionals passionate about providing exceptional care to seriously ill and end-of-life patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care across various settings, from home and virtual spaces to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and acute care hospitals.

As a Visit Physician, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with Intensivists, Oncologists, Geriatricians, Family Medicine physicians, Emergency Medicine specialists, Internal Medicine doctors, Nephrologists, and Hospice and Palliative Care professionals to deliver seamless care. Your expertise in symptom management and ongoing goals of care discussions will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with seriously ill and/or terminal patients and their families. You will be responsible for completing documentation within 24 hours of each visit and collaborating with our medical director, team physicians, and team leaders to ensure continuity of care consistent with the hospice philosophy and patient wishes.
