**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at Southeast Primary Care. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program (or within 180 days of employment)
  • A valid medical assistant certification (CPR certification required within 30 days of employment)
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various tasks including scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate records
  • Work closely with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment by demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn and grow

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
